Run & Ride is a friendly, community orientated cycling and running company based in Staffordshire, right on Cannock Chase. The business is run by cycling, running, walking and general outdoor sports enthusiasts. We all have a true passion for the outdoor and we feel that this always transfers into how we operate the business. We don’t just talk shop, we get out there and enjoy it and it's this that's so important when dealing with you the customer, this enables us to offer expert and honest advice.

Our bike shops are located on either end of Cannock Chase forest, AONB. With shops in Hednesford and Milford. Along with sales and expert advice, these stores offer bike repairs and bike hire. Our Stafford store concentrates soley on running, offering shoes, clothing, accessories and more friendly expert advice.

Our brands include Scott, Cannondale, Whyte, Frog, Merida, Garmin, On Running, Hoka, OTE and Madison, plus much more. We stock them because we love them. We've been out and tested them or we own products from them ourselves.

We have numerous ways for you to complete your ransaction, including Click and Collect and Online finance. We also have a fantastic customer rewards program to support those who support us.

    Refund Policy

    We operate a simple 28 days returns policy that applies to all products sold and delivered direct to you, the customer. This means that for any reason you decide that you no longer want the product then you may return it in it's original packaging, un-used with the relevant tags attached back to us and once checked we will refund your money within 28 days or replace your product (subject to stock availability). This offer in non-transferable.


    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If for any reason the product you ordered is incorrect or damaged then naturally we would be happy to replace the product or refund your money. Please notify us via email or phone of any damages / incorrect products within 7 days of your delivery. Proof of damage will be required.


    Returning Products

    Should you need to return any products to us then you will be responsible for the cost of the postage. A returns form can be completed and submitted to us above. On receiving the products we will carry out an inspection and should we find that it was in anyway our fault or the product was faulty then we will happily refund you the cost of the postage. Naturally should we believe it not to be our fault then we may choose not to refund any postage and may choose to claim costs of packaging for returning the products to yourself.

    The product will be inspected against “reason for return” before any refund or replacement is posted out / made. Please note that will we only pay collection fees on warranty items unless agreed otherwise. Please ensure receipts are forwarded to us with return where possible. We will then return payment via a cheque. You are responsible for the product until it is returned to us. Please ensure that any returns are packed correctly to avoid any damage during transport.
