The Orbea Wild TR H20 is a full-power electric mountain bike designed around 150mm of front and rear suspension travel. Its hydroformed aluminium frame uses 29in wheels and Orbea's trail-focused geometry to balance stability on rough terrain with predictable handling when the trail gets tighter. The Concentric Boost rear end uses a 12x148mm axle for a stiff and secure wheel connection.
Orbea has developed the Wild TR around the same principles as its longer-travel Wild platform, but with a 150mm setup aimed at versatile trail riding. The suspension is designed to remain active over smaller impacts while providing support deeper into its travel, helping the bike maintain traction and control as terrain becomes rougher. Orbea's Steep'n'Deep frame design also creates room for long-travel dropper posts, allowing riders to get the saddle further out of the way on steeper descents.
Up front, the RockShox Psylo Silver RC fork provides 150mm of travel and uses a 15x110mm Boost axle. At the rear, a custom-tuned Fox Float Performance 2-Pos Evol LV shock controls 150mm of rear-wheel travel. Together they give the Wild TR enough suspension for technical trails, roots and rocks without pushing it into the longer-travel enduro category.
Power comes from Bosch's Performance Line CX Gen 5 drive unit. Current versions can deliver up to 120Nm of torque and 750W peak power, giving strong assistance for steep and technical climbs while retaining Bosch's natural-feeling response to rider input. The 750Wh PowerTube battery provides a large capacity for longer trail rides and days with plenty of climbing.
The Bosch System Controller BRC3100 is integrated neatly into the bike, keeping the cockpit uncluttered while giving quick access to essential ride information. It is paired with the Bosch Mini Remote BRC3300, allowing assistance modes to be changed from the handlebar without taking your hand away from the grip.
A Shimano Deore M6200 12-speed drivetrain takes care of shifting, combining an M6200 Shadow Plus rear mech and shifter with a wide-range 10-51t cassette. That broad gearing gives you lower ratios for steep climbs while still providing useful range for faster sections of trail. A Prowheel EB17 alloy chainset and Shimano M6100 chain complete the drivetrain.
Shimano MT420 hydraulic disc brakes provide dependable braking control, while large 29in wheels help the bike maintain momentum across rough ground. The WH23 alloy rims have a 30mm internal width and are tubeless ready, giving riders the option to move to a tubeless setup for improved puncture protection and the ability to experiment with lower tyre pressures.
The 2.5in Maxxis Minion DHF EXO/TR tyres add grip and casing protection for trail riding, while the wide 800mm OC Mountain Control MC30 handlebar provides plenty of leverage when guiding the bike through technical terrain.
