Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

No Quibble Returns
We operate a simple 28 days returns policy that applies to all products sold and delivered direct to you, the customer. This means that for any reason you decide that you no longer want the product you may return it in it's original packaging, un-used and un-soiled with the relevant tags attached back to us and once checked we will refund your money within 28 days or replace your product (subject to stock availability). This offer in non-transferable. We do not accept returns that are customer soiled unless faulty and part of a warrantly claim. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The Schwalbe Romy is a do-it-all MTB tyre built for riders who want one tyre that performs uphill, charges downhill, and stays predictable in the turns. Designed as a versatile trail and all-mountain all-rounder, the Romy blends grip, control, durability, and rolling efficiency so riders can spend less time choosing rubber and more time riding. It strikes the balance between low weight and aggressive capability, equally at home on steep alpine singletrack as it is on a challenging weekend tour through the hills.
The carcass material overlaps for a shorter time and with less tension. As a result, the tyre deforms more selectively and can react much more flexibly and adaptively to unevenness without sacrificing the safety factor. The tyre absorbs impact much better and uses the suspension travel more effectively. It literally sucks itself into the ground, which applies to both mountain bikes and E-MTBs. Additionally, radial tyres offer approximately 30% more contact area than conventional tyres at the same air pressure.
The Romy uses recycled carbon black from Schwalbe's tyre recycling programme for many compounds, cutting CO2 eq by 80% compared to conventional carbon black. PRO versions use fairly traded natural rubber; Schwalbe pays a premium directly to certified smallholders to support fair compensation and community choice.
