No Quibble Returns

This means that for any reason you decide that you no longer want the product you may return it in it's original packaging, un-used and un-soiled with the relevant tags attached back to us and once checked we will refund your money within 28 days or replace your product (subject to stock availability). This offer in non-transferable. We do not accept returns that are customer soiled unless faulty and part of a warrantly claim. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancelled / Refunded Orders Prior to Despatch

Occassionally our site will state that a particular item is in stock & avaible for despatch, when in fact it isnt. This is a unfortunate feature of our ecommerce system & the way our supplier SIM's operate and is beyond our control. As a result your order may be cancelled without prior notice if a solution cannot be found in good time. When this happens we will endevour to issue you a full refund as quickly as possible. Please check your emails for notifications on the status of your order. We will accept no responsibilty for emails dropping into spam folders or going un-noticed.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If for any reason the product you ordered is incorrect or damaged then naturally we would be happy to replace the product or refund you in full. Please notify us via email or phone of any damages / incorrect products within 7 days of your delivery. Proof of damage will be required.


Returning Products

Should you need to return any products to us then you will be responsible for the cost of the postage. A returns form can be downloaded usling the link below. Once completed please include it in the returning package. On receiving the products we will carry out an inspection and should we find that it was in anyway our fault or the product was faulty then we will happily refund you the cost of the postage. Naturally should we believe it not to be our fault then we may choose not to refund any postage and may choose to claim costs of packaging for returning the products to yourself.

The product will be inspected against “reason for return” before any refund or replacement is posted out / made. Please note that will we only pay collection fees on warranty items unless agreed otherwise. Please ensure receipts are forwarded to us with the return where possible. You are responsible for the product until it is recieved by us. Please ensure that any returns are packed correctly to avoid any damage during transport as this may effect your refunded amount.

Slide in, slide out

Removing the Kado RSX’s internal battery is a dream for storage, battery swaps, or off-the-bike charging: just open the battery cover, undo the captive bolt, and slide the battery out. To replace, just do the reverse. Simple. Every Kado can also take both 600Wh and 800Wh batteries so if you decide to buy a spare so you can change the stock 800Wh battery out for a smaller capacity battery for shorter rides – or for racing – you can (just add our battery end caps).


Low, centered, unstoppable

As part of their Total Geometry approach, Kado RSX has been designed around the lowest, most centred centre of gravity (the point at which an object’s mass is evenly distributed and balanced) to give you the finest handling possible. By positioning the major masses of an eMTB (the motor and batteries) as low and centrally between the tyre contact patches as possible, Kado RSX delivers you balanced control, effortless agility, sure-footed stability and absolute confidence. All so you can ride faster and with more poise to master every trail.


The range to roam

With an 800Wh internal battery as standard and compatibility with Bosch’s aftermarket 250Wh ‘PowerMore’ range extender (available separately; fits size M–XL frames), Kado RSX is ready to give you up to a 1050Wh of combined battery capacity. But more than that: Bosch’s latest, most efficient ‘PowerTube 800’ battery also gives you more range for less weight than its ‘PowerTube 750’ predecessor. All so you can ride as far – and as wide – as you wish.


Smartly connected

With the Bosch Smart System – which links up the Kado RSX's top-tube Bosch Kiox 400C LCD display, battery and motor via the eBike Flow app – you have even more information at your fingertips (both on the toptube display, and on your smartphone) to manage, tailor and personalise your bike just how you want to get even more from your riding: tune the motor support levels; upgrade to the latest motor software updates, and more. We’ve also wired-in SRAM’s AXS wireless electronic rear mech directly into the bike’s main battery, so you’ll never need to remember to charge your gears again.


Bosch Performance Upgrade 2.0

Take your performance to the next level with theBosch Power Upgrade.

With the Performance Upgrade 2.0, Bosch puts even more control into your hands – with the potential to unlock better acceleration and even more power! The free software update, available for this bike as of May 2026, boosts performance to as much as 120Nm of torque and increases maximum rider support to 600%.

Released via the eBike Flow app, Bosch has made it easy to fine-tune this extra performance across several riding modes for your perfect level of assistance.
