We hope you notice that we’re not some big corporate giant but instead a very professional medium sized company based in Staffordshire right on Cannock Chase. The business is run by cycling, running, walking; well outdoor sports enthusiasts. We all have a true passion for the outdoor and we feel that this always transfers into how we operate the business. We don’t just talk shop we get out there and enjoy it and it's this that's so important when dealing with you the customer. You see because we have a genuine passion for the sports. We are able to offer knowledgeable and honest advice, not just what we’ve read in a booklet. 

The brands we stock such as Scott, Cannondale, Whyte, Frog, Genesis, Garmin, OTE, Madison are in the store because we love their products. We've been out and tested them or we own products from them ourselves. Tried and tested and guess what if they fail we stop using them and we stop selling them!

Please have a look around the site. We hope you like it. You'll find products from a number of big brands but you'll also find products from a few smaller lesser known ones too such as Spokesman clothing, Accelerade nutrition and Ginger & French gifts and cards. You’ll also notice we've tried to make the experience as good and simple as possible therefore we've included "click and collect", online finance option so you can do all the paperwork from your own home. We also have a fantastic customer rewards program to support those who support us. 

Finally we'd like to touch on our pricing policy. We understand that we need to be competitive therefore we offer a price match policy on hundreds of items. It's really simple, just click on the option on the page and send us the details. Couldn't be easier.

    The Chronicle Jersey has a superb aerodynamic fit, but unlike most of slim cut jerseys, which are clingy and constricting, the high stretch fabric is fitted but comfortable. Designed as a successor to our hugely popular Ghost Jersey, the fabric features the same Coldblack® technology which absorbs less heat, staying cool against the skin in hot weather. The sleeves are raw edge mesh which reduces the weight. The back panel overlaps the pocket section of the garment adding a further aerodynamic quality. The inside panel features a chronicle of our favourite bikes through the last century.

      Delivery

      There is free postage available on all orders over the value of £25 excluding large items such as bikes. We send orders either via Royal Mail (small items) or via a recorded delivery courier, which will require a signature on receipt. If there is nobody available at the delivery address to accept the delivery a card will be left to inform the recipient and the courier will re attempt the delivery once more. After the 2nd attempt the courier will leave a card explaining how and where the customer can collect the parcel from. Unfortunately we are unable to request the courier to leave the goods without a signature. We are sorry but we are unable to leave a message "such as leave in the shed" for Royal Mail deliveries

      Please ensure you enter a valid email and mobile number for us to send you tracking details for the product you've ordered

      All bikes are fully checked and serviced before they leave the store. We do our best to make the bikes as ready to ride as possible. They will arrive in a large sized box and once unpacked the bike will require the user to turn the handlebars and tighten the stem bolts. Don’t worry if you're unsure abut how to do this as you find directions on how to do this within box along with a "new bike guide" detailing information on how to look after your new bike.

      PLEASE NOTE: A working day is Monday - Friday and doesn't include bank holidays.

      Returns

      Refund Policy 

      We operate a simple 28 days returns policy that applies to all products sold and delivered direct to you the customer. This means that for any reason you decide that you no longer want the product then you may return it in it's original packaging, un-used with the relevant tags attached back to us and once checked we will refund your money within 28 days or replace your product (subject to stock availability). This offer in non-transferable.

      Damaged or Incorrect Items

      If for any reason the product you ordered is incorrect or damaged then naturally we would be happy to replace the product or refund your money. Please notify us via email or phone of any damages / incorrect products within 7 days of your delivery. Proof of damage will be required.

      Returning Products

      Should you need to return any products to us then you will be responsible for the cost of the postage. A returns form can be completed and submitted to us above. On receiving the products we will carry out an inspection and should we find that it was in anyway our fault or the product was faulty then we will happily refund you the cost of the postage. Naturally should we believe it not to be our fault then we may choose not to refund any postage and may choose to claim costs of packaging for returning the products to yourself.

      Our Click & Collect service offers all the benefits of shopping online combined with specialist personal retail experience in one of our stores. Simply order your items, select Click & Collect and pick up your item at a time that's convenient for you. Best of all the service is completely FREE!

      1. Add your items to your basket

      Use our website to browse our catalogue of products with stock availability. When you find the item you want simply add it to your basket like you usually would.
       

      2. Checkout using Click & Collect

      Scroll down and choose Click & Collect as your delivery method. Enter your postcode at the checkout to find your closest store.
       

      3. Choose the store of your choice and collect your items

      Choose a store of your liking, click continue and complete the rest of our standard checkout steps and you’re ready to collect your item in store.

       

      Frequently Asked Questions

      When can I collect my order?

      For items in stock at the chosen collection store, we will normally have your item ready to collect within 1-2 working days.

      For items which are at the warehouse your order will be ready to collect in the time indicated on the website; or if at another store approximately 3 working days – please call in advance if you are making a long journey, just in case!

      If you order a bike we will contact you and arrange a collection appointment. All bikes go through a PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) delivered by one of our accredited mechanics, this means that getting your bike ready for collection may take a little longer.
       

      How will I know when my order is ready?

      For every order we will send you an e-mail to let you know when your order is ready to collect. If you’ve ordered a bike we will contact you once you have placed your order to arrange a collection time.
       

      What do I need to collect my order?

      Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail, a photo proof of ID (i.e. passport, driving licence), and proof of address.

      We will hold your order in store for 10 days, if you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order please feel free to contact the collection store and we will happily extend this time where possible.
       

      Can Someone Else Collect My Order?

      Please contact the store you have chosen to collect from in advance and we will do our best to accommodate any changes relating to collection. 
       

      How do I cancel/change my order?

      If you wish to cancel your order or make any changes please contact the store directly, contact information can be found here. Please note, full refunds will be made via the original transaction made with our online team.
       

      How do I return my order?

      Our normal returns policy applies to all Click & Collect orders, for more information see our returns policy. You can also return directly to the store.
